About the owner: Shane was born and raised in Victoria, TX. He received his Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 1991. He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics in 1995. In 1995 he began work with Continuum Corporation as a software engineer. He left Continuum shortly after they were purchased by Computer Sciences Corporation and worked as a software consultant for Siebel Systems from 1999 to 2004. Shane started Austin Shred in 2003 as a part-time endeavor and began running the company full time in 2004.
