Some good and some bad but Austin is a great place to live and do business, U.T. grad. Member of many real estate and business related organizations. Active in many volunteer organizations. History: Real estate has had it's ups and downs. I learned the business from the ground up. My first lease was a 1 year deal for 900 sq ft. Two years ago the two guys I helped sold their company for over $50 million. You never know. In the late 80's and early 90's I did a lot work for Banks, Insurance Companies, FDIC, and RTC. In 1992 I started my own firm and have never looked back. No client or deal is too small or too big.
